Truthfulness Compassion Forbearance

Falun Dafa (also called Falun Gong) is a powerful cultivation system with ancient roots. It contains five sets of exercises that enhance energy circulation in the body. Falun Dafa advocates Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance.

Introduced to the public by Master Li Hongzhi in 1992, Falun Dafa is now practiced by over 100 million people in more than 40 countries worldwide because it relieves stress, enhances overall mental and physical health, and imparts far-reaching principles. Master Li and Falun Dafa have been recognized and honored by many cities and states in the U.S. and other countries.
